We liked that the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. There was an issue with the room that was reserved for us. They did everything they could to accommodate us and it worked out well. Jocelyn was very helpful and professional as were the owners. Very helpful and nice as well. The hotel was very quiet even though it was full. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed the location just off of the main freeway. Our room was very quiet. The room size was very good. The bed and pillows were comfortable.The TV was good. The refrigerator worked without any noise. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer in the shower/bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very good, friendly staff. The bed size we requested and on the bottom floor wasn't available when we arrived but they upgraded us to a larger size with no up charge.

The location of this Super 8 is perfect for us when traveling to Chico. The location is close to the freeway but not freeway loud. The rooms are always clean. The outside area is kept up. There is a Denny restaurant within walking distance.

One of the better Super 8 I've stayed at, in quite a few years. Peaceful and comfortable, no disturbances whatsoever,, I got a good nights sleep. Clean enough,, super wifi. Breakfast was ok, waffles, bread, bananas and youghurt. Easy access to highway 99. There is a Denny's very close by. Pleasant staff, I would return.
